Her training & career coaching experience extends to sectors like BFSI, FMCG, Automobile, Insurance, BPO, IT , Pharmaceutical, Real Estate, Hospitality, Telecommunication, Shipping, Ecommerce, Tourism, Printing, Infrastructure and Educational Institutions etc.
She has a passion for developing people and helping them fulfil their potential. A strong believer that development is more effective if it is fun, her interactive and flexible style is characterized by the use of humor coupled with a hard business edge, and an emphasis on the practical application of skills whether at first line manager or executive board level.
She has trained 1000 + managers and 1000 + executives / students in the corporate sector and educational institutions. She enjoys supporting people in their development through training and inspiring people to do their best and step out of their perceived limits. She has been conducting sessions on Leadership, Soft Skills, Image & Grooming and also conducted sessions on developing English language proficiency.
